Who is the Data Controller?

The Purple Property Shop Limited is the Data Controller where we have collected your personal data directly or purchased it from a third party for our own purposes. Where we have acquired data from the former Cheapmoov business, we are the Data Controller for that data from the point of merger. Third Parties

We may share your data with HMRC and other regulatory authorities where required, and with postal and courier providers for the delivery of physical documents. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
