Jump start is our unique service that is allowing us to sell properties in days rather than weeks (sometimes before they even reach the internet!).  As a leading estate agent in the North West we have thousands of registered buyers and tenants looking for properties just like yours.  Our state of the art software will match your property to prospective buyers and details will be sent to them ahead of your property being launched on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.  One of our team will then personally contact the most likely candidates to be interested in your property and invite them to view it.  This creates both the anticipation and demand for your property prior to its launch.

Matthew Jones

Managing Director

If you book a valuation with The Purple Property Shop, Matthew might be the first person you meet.  Matthew is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has performed over three thousand valuations.

Matthew is also a qualified accountant with fifteen years’ experience as a Management Accountant in the health sector.

His roles have included Head of Primary Care Finance and Assistant Director of Finance. Matthew leads on the valuations and oversees our finance department.

Matthew believes in a ‘hands-on personal approach’. Right from the start, he allows up to an hour for each valuation appointment, building on the careful research and market analysis performed, he will go into as much (or as little) detail as the seller requires to ensure the valuation of the property (and the science behind it) is understood.

Sally Jones

Director

Responsible for the operational management of the company. Sally has a background in operational management within the public health sector including Associate Director of Performance and Divisional General Manager.

Sally manages the operational team and takes overall responsibility for customer service, including negotiations, completions and client communication all of which are the fundamental principles that our company is founded on.

In addition Sally leads on the marketing for the company and is passionate about ensuring we provide the very best in property marketing details.

Sally is an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Lynne Mason

Customer Service Manager and Sales Progression

Customer service is at the forefront of everything The Purple Property Shop stand for and Lynne’s role as Customer Service Manager cements our principles together.

A key part of Lynne’s role is to manage all properties under offer through to completion including communicating with all sellers, buyers and solicitors. Lynne’s aim is to make the process as stress free as possible for clients and reduce the risk of property sales falling through.

Lynne also deputises as Office Manager in Sally’s absence and is responsible for managing the administration side of the company.

With a solid grounding in office administration, Lynne trained and worked as a secretary embarking on a long career as a television advertising sales executive before leaving to raise her children. Having returned to work after a substantial break Lynne is a very dynamic and valued member of our team.

James Fiddian

Sales Manager

With over fifteen years experience as an Estate Agent, James has a distinguished and varied career in the industry.  James has worked for a  variety of agents in both London and Hertfordshire before moving to the North West.  Prior to joining The Purple Property Shop James worked in the fast sales specialist sector, however James feels happier now he has moved back to a more traditional estate agency where customer service and communication is the main priority.

One of James’ main roles is to undertaken valuations and communicate and support clients on the decision making process of selling their property.

James plays a pivotal role in supporting clients by reviewing properties on a daily basis and looking at how the team can ensure all our properties can look ‘fresh’ and up to date.

He also manages the Jump Start Programme matching clients with properties.

Danielle Hughes

Property Marketing Manager

Danielle joined The Purple Property Shop to head up the marketing of the properties. Danielle is passionate about photography and believes that the key to selling a property is first-class marketing and Danielle’s appointment is paramount to achieving this goal.

Danielle graduated with a degree in visual arts which was heavily focussed on photography and also possesses an interior design qualification.

Danielle brings a creative element to the team to ensure that our properties stand out from the crowd.

Bursting with enthusiasm and ideas, Danielle is always willing to offer alternative photographic options to our clients to ensure that their property is always shown in the best light.

Natasha Taylor

Acting Lettings Manager

Natasha brings to the team previous experience in lettings and conveyancing. Natasha manages our lettings department and ensures all our landlords are kept up to date with the ever-changing legislation.

Taking a very hands on approach, Natasha visits all our rental properties to assess them prior to a tenant moving in so the correct advice and guidance can be provided to our landlords. She also undertakes the property inspections and manages the maintenance programme for all our rental properties.

Natasha believes in delivering excellent customer service, going the extra mile to ensure any issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Natasha is a valued member of our team and is currently studying for the Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

Sharon Heap

Viewing Agent

Sharon has joined our company as an experienced Viewing Agent and brings with her so much enthusiasm and passion for properties.

Sharon accompanies all buyers around  properties and will manage any queries raised during the viewing and ensures all clients leave the viewings with a brochure.

Sharon is super organised ensuring all our viewings run smoothly.

Sharon also follows viewings up and provides feedback to all our sellers, in addition to providing administrative support in the office.

Michael Culshaw

Property Consultant

Michael is our newest member of staff and has a real passion for property.

He has joined our lettings team and will be working with Natasha to ensure all our rental properties are managed well and any issues resolved as quickly as possible.
Michael also has a passion for photography so will also be supporting our marketing team to make sure all our properties look their best.
With previous experience in estate agency Michael has joined our team with bags of enthusiasm and he will often be the first person you speak to when you call.
