Viewings

At The Purple Property Shop we are able to arrange viewings for the properties you select on any day of the week and to ensure we are meeting your exact requirements we ask for feedback, which will help to further clarify your requirements.

Progressing a Lease

Once your offer to lease a property has been accepted we will ask you to complete a credit reference application form and produce your passport or national identification document, provide name and address of previous landlords and/or agents and lastly nominate a UK resident as guarantor where appropriate.

Tenancy Agreement

We will provide a tenancy agreement for both you and your landlord to sign, we are happy to advise on any part of the agreement that you may require clarification on. Any amendments or conditions that you may require will need to be approved by your Landlord. This agreement will outline the duration of the tenancy, the rent payable per calendar month, your responsibilities and rights, as well as the Landlord's responsibilities.

Moving in

Once the paperwork has been completed and your deposit (usually equivalent to one month's rent) and the first month's rent are paid you will be given the keys to your new home and be able to move in. Your deposit will be protected by Mydeposits.co.uk.
